Our Masala tea ingredients are Pepper, Ginger, Cloves, Nutmeg and Cardamom and pure Ceylon tea. Masala chai is made by boiling black tea in milk and water with a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices.
The anti-inflammatory properties in many of the spices help relieve aches and pains.

Black Loose-Leaf Tea Brewing Tips:
1. Use 2.5g of tea per 220ml water. Always use a clean and dry teaspoon.
2. Preheat the teapot and cups by swirling around some hot water and pour freshly, once boiled water onto the tea leaves.
2. Letting it infuse too long, which can make it very, very bitter. If you do not like Strong Tea, it is recommended a shorter brewing time.
3. 1-2 minutes brewing time for our Light Tea Lovers.
4. 2-4 minutes brewing time for our Strong Tea Lovers.
