Cooking rice is an art that can be mastered over time. If your rice is ever too gummy or too hard, you’re not alone. Rice is really easy to go wrong, even experienced cooks can get intimidated by it. However, once you have got the technique down, it’s easy to have a beautiful bowl of rice.

BonaOrganic heirloom rice is different than the rice we find in the markets. We recommend soaking our red rice varieties in water for 30-60mins for best results.

It is also recommended to not to rinse the rice too much as its vitamins and minerals might get washed away.
